Hannah Marie Photography provides professional photography services including, but not limited to, wedding, couples, engagement, elopement, and destination wedding photography.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings and payments are processed through HoneyBook, a secure third-party platform.
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your session or wedding date.
Remaining balances are due according to the schedule outlined in your photography agreement.
Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in cancellation of your booking.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are detailed in each client’s photography contract. Retainers are generally non-refundable, as they reserve a specific date and time that cannot be rebooked.
If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, Hannah Marie Photography will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

5. Intellectual Property
All photographs created by Hannah Marie Photography are protected by U.S. copyright law. The photographer retains full ownership and copyright of all images.
Clients receive a personal use license for digital images delivered through their gallery, unless otherwise stated in writing. Images may not be edited, altered, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Use of Website
This website and all its content, including images, text, logos, and graphics, are the property of Hannah Marie Photography and are protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from this website without prior written permission.
